Making A Difference (Sandwell)
Our vision
West Bromwich Community Church has been a part of the town since 1936. We moved to our present location in 1945. As a church we have always tried to support the community in which we are placed. In response to this we launched a food bank in 2007 which since then has been able to support 8000+ people.
​
Making A Difference (Sandwell) was born in 2011 and is a vital part of the outreach ministry of our church. It is the umbrella body for all our support services and we plan to add to those services as time and funding permit.
Our food bank is open each Monday, Wednesday and Friday 1.00pm - 4.00pm. If you need to co ntact us outside of these hours, please use the contact section above.

MAD is built on Christian values of compassion, integrity and commitment. Compassion for those in crisis, often through no fault of their own, integrity in our dealings with those who are vulnerable and with our partner agencies and a commitment to working with people and agencies so that all working together we can restore dignity and give hope. ​​MAD will not turn away anyone in need and will not discriminate against individuals or families because of ethnicity, lifestyle, personal circumstances or religious beliefs. We believe that all are equal and valued in the sight of God.
